- Put some warm water in a foot bath and add a foot soak or bath crystal to cleanse your feet.
- Soak your feet for 5 to 10 minutes and relax.

Groom & Treat Cuticles
- Remove nail polish.
- Apply a callus treatment to your heels and any other callused areas on your foot.
- Clip and file toenails if necessary.
- You may want to push your cuticles back but DO NOT CUT them. Cutting your cuticles can cause infection

Scrub Feet
- Apply a sugar scrub to loosen and remove any dead skin cells. This will help get your feet nice and soft.
- For added softness, use a loofah or pumice stone on really rough spots.

Moisturize Feet
- Apply a foot mask to your feet for added moisturization.
- Rinse off the foot mask and apply a foot creme to leave feet soft and smooth. Pay special attention to the heels and soles of your feet.

Seal, Shine & Finish
- Take a soft tissue or cotton ball and put some nail polish remover on it. Swipe it over your toenails to help get rid of any remaining oils, or creme.
- Use toe spacers and apply a base coat; let dry. Finish with applying your favorite nail color letting that dry for 2 minutes and then apply a top coat.
- Refrain from applying closed shoes or sneakers for a least 3 hours to allow nails to dry from bottom to top layer.
